Central’s staff development lived in separate Google Forms and spreadsheets. We brought it into one platform the staff sign into with their Google account.
Central already had the pieces of a strong process: goals and evaluations, an anonymous staff well-being survey every six months, 360 reviews and leadership evaluations, all built on their own staff values. What it lacked was one place to hold it, and a weekly rhythm between the big reviews.
Off-the-shelf HR software would have asked them to adopt someone else’s questions. Instead we rebuilt each form with Central’s exact wording, so nothing their staff knew had to be relearned.
A short weekly check-in for every staff member, with scores tracked over time and six-month goals alongside.
Goals set, reviewed and signed off in one record that can be saved as a PDF.
Anonymous feedback for leaders, with upward evaluations reported only in aggregate.
Central’s twice-yearly staff survey, still anonymous, now in the same place.
Peer recognition tied to the church’s staff values.
The real reporting structure, with access by role, so leaders see their own teams.
The platform was built for a pilot group starting in September 2026, ahead of a rollout to the full staff.
Reminders go out by email and Google Chat, the tools the staff already use every day.
